TWU Division Director Hubert Snead, along with International Vice Presidents John Bland and Susan Resch, and International Representatives Carl Martin and J.W. Johnson, oversees the activities of this diverse and active Division of the union, representing the following properties across the nation.

Local 100 -- New York, NY -- the New York City public bus and subway system, as well as numerous private bus lines in Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx, NY and Westchester County. Also many school bus operators in the City and Yonkers, New York.
Local 101 -- Employees of Keyspan Energy, Brooklyn, NY.
Local 106 -- Transit supervisors, Manhattan and Bronx Surface Operating Authority, and NYCTA.
Local 171 -- Ann Arbor transit workers
