Today, the White House Task Force on Worker Organizing and Empowerment released its report on the most immediate actions the federal government can take to increase union membership across the country. “President Joe Biden committed to prioritizing workers in his Administration and this report shows that he is still committed to that promise. This is the first serious attempt the federal government has made in decades to live up to its obligations to working people. Enacting all of the recommendations in this report would allow millions of workers to exercise their right to form a union and make real gains in their quality-of-life. The TWU is thrilled that we have a President willing to say and do the things that workers need to be successful in America.

The TWU shares President Biden’s vision for a pro-worker future and we will fight for all of these recommendations be implemented as soon as possible.”
