TWU Local 592 secured a tentative agreement covering 32 Aircraft Flight Dispatchers at Sun Country Airlines that will raise pay on the date of ratification by at least 36% with an average increase of 43%.
“We are pleased to have reached a tentative agreement quickly that includes significant raises for hardworking Flight Dispatchers. A 36 percent raise will go a long way toward improving the quality of life for TWU members and their families,” said Local 592 President Brian Bourbeau.
The five-year agreement also includes yearly pay increases of 2%over four years that begin on the one-year anniversary of the contract’s ratification.
The TWU Local 592 negotiating committee will hold informational meetings with membership in the coming weeks before conducting a ratification vote in mid-February. The contract will go into effect in mid-February if the tentative agreement is ratified.
